Now imagine that you are in the company of an amazing group of friends (old and new), your fur baby (if you choose), enjoying nightly stargazing, breathtaking hikes and relaxing moments in a serene and healing environment. Away from the stressors of work, cleaning house, complex relationships, traumatic world events, social judgement, shuttling kids, doctors appointments, etc. Guess what!?!? You don’t have to image it, it can be your reality! From small mountain towns with towering trees and postcard worthy watering holes, to endless waterfalls, unique land formations, Americas bluest lake & even a picturesque castle, we will experience it ALL! Please note that I no longer share detailed itineraries online, due to past group trip itinerary plagiarism issues (Dominican Republic, Yosemite and others). The specific details of our activities are reserved for those signed up for the trip. Trust me when I say that the plans for this trip definitely passing the vibe check though!
So get ready for an epic, pet-friendly road trip through one of the most breathtaking regions in the continental United States! I’ve thoughtfully crafted an itinerary blending top sights with hidden gems, including a national park, state parks, nature reserves, and more. This journey promises a mix of famous views and 'off the beaten path' treasures that few ever discover! Expect plenty of jaw-dropping moments—we’ll practically be walking around like the heart-eye emoji the whole time! Ha ha!

August 1st: Arrive in Northern California (check in, welcome activities, dinner, stargazing)
August 2nd: Hike in Cali & free time
August 3rd: Hike in Cali and then head to Oregon, scenic sightseeing drive after check in
August 4th: National Park hike & free time
August 5th: Head back to California and free time
August 6th: Dreamy castle tour and head home

1) Payment plans may be flexible. Reach out if you need to make adjustments.
2) Registration closes December 31st 2024 or whenever the 6 available spaces fill.
3) Please keep track of payment due dates. You are responsible for keeping track of payments and their due dates. Payments not made on time, without prior authorization, will void your spot on the trip - with NO refunds on any previous payments made.
4) The $100 discount will be taken off your payment of choice (minus the deposit). Please let me know at the time of payment that you’ll be utilizing the discount on your upcoming payment.

I will reply within 24 hours with zelle or credit card invoice. Please note that credit cards are subject to a 5% service fee but Zelle has no fees. For Zelle, I will need the email or phone number associated with your Zelle account and for credit cards I will only need your email.
ADDITIONAL TRIP NOTES:
Travel insurance. I always require travel insurance to protect your investment, “just in case”.
Transportation of any kind is not included. We will be meeting in NOrthern California for the trip start. I recommend driving here if you live in California or a neighboring state. If you live farther, you can fly into Fresno or SAn Francisco and rent a car to meet us at the starting point. If you are coming from Central California, you are welcome to road trip with us from there, for the start and end of the trip.
I will NOT be sharing hotel, tour company, etc. information. If you would like that type of information, I would like to suggest you opt for my travel planning services for a private trip instead. Sending out that type of information to everyone creates more work for me AND also takes away from the element of surprise that you get ONLY when you arrive at a new place WITHOUT having already googled it to death.
Bookings are NOT CONFIRMED until deposit has been paid AND Experience Waiver has been signed and returned.
You are 100% responsible to keep track of your payment amounts AND due dates. For those who opt for credit card payments, invoices will be sent to you ONE WEEK before the due date. It is up to you to pay it on time. Those paying with Zelle will not receive an invoice. If you fail to make payments on time, without prior authorization, you are willingly forfeiting your spot on this trip, without a refund on ANY paid to date payments. Late payments are NOT acceptable under ANY circumstances, without a prearranged agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
This trip can ONLY accommodate 6 guests MAX (including myself and my guest) – No exceptions. Once those 6 spots are gone, registration will close and the waitlist will open up.
I will let you know when we have reached our 6 person minimum and this trip is an official GO.
We will have 1 team zoom call prior to departure. On these calls, you can pick my brain about anything, from bug sprays to packing lists and everything in between! You are also always welcome to email me any questions, at any time if you feel they are urgent. I will create a “group email” once I have all 4 people signed up and I ask that you send questions to the whole group, to make sure I don’t get duplicate questions. :) More details will go out about 1 month prior to departure to all registered guests. This covers all FAQ’s.
If you sign up after we have already gotten into the payment schedule, then you will need to pay your deposit, plus catch up on back payments as well. Feel free to ask if you need a little flexibility, I will accommodate you if possible.
If you can not attend the entire trip, full payment is still required.
I will do my best to room you with someone, If I am unable to, you will need to pay the single occupancy rate.
