SOUL NOURISHING WATERFALL DAY RETREAT (W/ HIKE)

I’ve noticed that a lot of people (including myself) have been in a bit of a funk lately. Maybe it’s a bit of SAD (seasonal depression disorder) or maybe it’s something else? Whatever the reason, let’s get together and encourage, inspire & uplift each other with a local “wellness day” - curated to fill our cups! ☀️

We will spend a day nurturing mind, body & soul!

WHAT WILL WE DO? We will start with a casual picnic lunch and some ice breaker games to get to know each other a little and fuel our bodies for our leisurely hike that takes us to an absolutely beautiful waterfall. Once there, we will spend some time relaxing, exploring the area and taking photos (we have a professional photographer joining us!). After our hike, we will find a spot along the trail to accommodate us for our restorative breath work and stretching class and then end with our word painting session. We will definitely be parting ways more content than when we met and with our cups full.

WHAT IS A “WORD PAINTING” SESSION?

Well, to put it simply, we will be using non toxic paint to write/paint words of encouragement on each other. Words that describe how we see the person we are writing on. Words to lift them up, encourage, inspire and empower them.

WHERE: The hike name will be shared with participants closer to the event date. I DO have a hike in mind but since Yosemite is currently closed, this location is not set in stone yet. The specific hike that I have in mind is located an hour and a half from Fresno, just under 2 hours from Merced and just over 1 hour from Mariposa. It is a lesser known hike, in a lesser visited are of Yosemite National Park and boy is it a hidden GEM! This is an out & back hike that is less than a mile round trip, so it is suitable for most people. :)

WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT? $60 per person

NOTES:

  • The end time is not set in stone. It can vary give or take one hour.
